Numbered Headings Data Center not working - bug#89

Hello,

I bought the Content Formatting Macros for Confluence specially to use the automatic Numbered Headings.
After looking everywhere, I didn’t find how I can activate that function on a Confluence Page. I confirm the the app is activated and that I see a lot of new macros in the list, but nothing for Numbered Headings.
Can you please help me ?! The client need the function urgently.
