Adaptavist Numbered Headings - bug#67

Using Adaptavist Numbered Headings, any headings using style “heading 4” do not reset back to 1 under a new “heading 3”. As an example, my page numbers look like this:

1.
1.1.
1.2.
1.2.1.
1.2.1.1.
1.2.1.2.
1.2.1.3.
1.2.1.4.
1.2.2.
1.2.2.5. <– should be 1.2.2.1.
